Fanuc*
Robotization

The lightweight and compact M-1iA from the delta sorting robot series is the ideal robot for collecting and stacking products that require high speed and accuracy. This video demonstrates the superior features of the FANUC M-1iA / 0.5A. The robot uses the iRVision 2D camera to detect three different types of tablets; the control panel displays what the robot camera sees. The unique structure of the parallel link or delta-style of the robot allows it to collect tablets at a speed of 3.8 tablets per second.

Robots of the M-1, M-2, M-3 series are actively used in the food industry - they sort ready meals and semi-finished products in various types of packaging (doypack, flowpack, PET / PE plastic containers, PP-mono, PP with PE lamination (PP / RE), skin trays), various types of confectionery (cookies, waffles, donuts), meat products (sausages).

New Line Project offers design services for individual multi-format secondary packaging and palletizing lines using turnkey Fanuc Robotics.
