Monteur was founded in 1954 in Tokyo in the Adachi area, Senju.

At the moment it has three confectionery factories in different prefectures.

Each unit is located near farms in order to obtain the freshest and highest quality homemade products. For the first time in the industry, in 2000, the automatic feeding and injection system of whipped cream was launched.

All processes are automated as much as possible.

Each factory is HACCP certified. Monteur were among the first in the world to install an automatic HACCP surveillance system in 1999.

The product range of the Monteur factory: eclairs, profiteroles, choux, rolls, puddings and waffles. Approximate productivity is 30 tons per day.
