The Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vorobyov, together with Viktor Linnik, President of Miratorg, took part in the launch of the company's wholesale distribution center in Domodedovo. Factory will be engaged in storage and processing of agricultural products.
Domodedovo head Alexander Dvoynykh and Miratorg vice-president Vadim Kotenko, in the presence of Andrey Vorobyov and Viktor Linnik, signed an agreement on cooperation within the framework of an investment project to expand the distribution center. After that, the ceremonial launch of the wholesale distribution center took place.
Back in February 2018, at an investment forum in Sochi, the government of the Moscow region and the Miratorg company signed an agreement on the implementation of a strategic investment project for the construction of a wholesale distribution center for the storage and processing of agricultural products in the urban district of Domodedovo.
Work began in the spring of the same year and was completed in August 2020. Now factory is working in test mode. Although Miratorg will receive permission to put into operation in October this year, now they have decided to make a grand opening. The company has invested 8.5 billion rubles in the project. It is planned to employ 510 people. At the same time, 190 people are already working.
Factory will house 14 automated production lines. They will be able to process more than 35 thousand tons of products.
Miratorg is the largest investor in the Russian agro-industrial complex, as well as a backbone enterprise. The holding is one of the leaders in the production of beef and pork in the country.
